The first thing that caught my attention, الحمد لله رب العالمين, right? The Lord of all of existence, العالمين, all of the realms, all of the worlds, all the creations, all the creatures and their functions.

One reflection that I've had is that in making a dua, the main goal of it is actually to strengthen our relationship with Allah in doing so, and the particular thing that we are asking for is secondary.
For indeed, if our relationship with Allah is good, then the ease, help, and the resources that we are asking for in order to handle our situation will automatically come to us through Allah's mercy and in the way that He wills.

So we open the Book of Allah again, it has not closed because Ramadan has gone. The Book of Allah is much needed. Engagement with the Qur’an is a great investment of time, when time in this worldly abode is limited.
We are in always need of Allah’s Guidance. The Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) are the best sources of guidance.

Fatiha means the opener, and the opener is the one who opens the door to enter and for others to enter as well, in that way the fatiha opens the door for you to enter the quran and benefit from it.
It is also referred to Um al Quran or Um al kitab which means the Mother or Source of the book or Quran. This can be understood by the fact that every verse in the Quran can be attributed to having stemmed from one of the verses of sura al fatiha.
