وَجَآءُو عَلَىٰ قَمِيصِهِۦ بِدَمٍۢ كَذِبٍۢ ۚ قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًۭا ۖ فَصَبْرٌۭ جَمِيلٌۭ ۖ وَٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ ١٨

قَمِيصِهِۦ
بِدَمٖ
كَذِبٖۚ
قَالَ
بَلۡ
سَوَّلَتۡ
لَكُمۡ
أَنفُسُكُمۡ
أَمۡرٗاۖ
فَصَبۡرٞ
جَمِيلٞۖ
وَٱللَّهُ
ٱلۡمُسۡتَعَانُ
عَلَىٰ
مَا
تَصِفُونَ
١٨
Rồi chúng mang ra chiếc áo của (Yusuf) được bôi máu giả (cho Ya’qub xem). (Ya’qub) nói: “Không, chính các ngươi đã ngụy tạo và bày trò. Vì vậy sự kiên nhẫn là cách tốt nhất, và Allah là Đấng mà Ta cầu xin sự trợ giúp về điều mà các ngươi mô tả.”

In the face of treachery, hatred, and envy, the only beauty remaining for Yaqub Aleyhisselam was the beauty of patience. To have held onto the grudge against those who separated him from Yusuf would have been to succumb to a cycle of negativity. For anyone who has lost a child or had to part with him/ her due to uncontrollable circumstances can relate to the grief of Prophet Yaqoub’s ( AS) story.

Yaqoob (AS) was still sad about his loss of Yusuf (AS). He went blind over suppression of his grief, yet he still took his sufferings only to Allah. Despite the intense grief he felt and he knew he had to carry what he can and leave the rest to Allah. It’s a lesson for you that if it's getting too heavy for you, remember that you don't have to carry it all alone, do your best and He will do the rest.

How to cultivate Sabrun Jameel
It’s not enough to think, ok let me have sabrun jameel, it’s a good thing to have. Allah said , have patience, practice patience and compete with each other in patience.
I have come up with some steps
1. Intention

Connection between Surah Hud and Surah Yusuf.
'WORSHIP' and 'TAWAKKUL'
It was so amazing while reciting Quran, I noticed that ALLAH ended the surah Hud with the ayah of tawakkul and worshipping Him and then in start of the next surah which is surah Yusuf, mentioned it as the 'ahsan ul qasas/best of the stories'.
Because in this surah ALLAH mentioned the utmost tawakkul, patience and endless hope in ALLAH of Hazrat Yaqoob a.s,
