نہیں ایمان لائی کوئی بستی ان سے پہلے جس کو ہم نے ہلاک کیا تو کیا یہ لوگ (کوئی معجزہ دیکھ کر) ایمان لے آئیں گے

Then in اَفَھُم یؤمِنُونَ (Will they believe?) there is a hint that there was no likelihood of these people accepting the true faith even after seeing the miracles of their choice. Hence they were not shown the desired miracle.
