Bismillah

﴿وَأَمْدَدْنَـٰهُم بِفَـٰكِهَةٍۢ وَلَحْمٍۢ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ﴾
'And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire.' (52:22)

Their hunger will not be like the hunger of the world.
Their cravings will not bring harm or guilt.
In Paradise, food will be joy —
abundant, effortless, free from toil.
Whatever the soul longed for but could not have,
whatever the heart desired but was out of reach —
it will come to them, without struggle,
without limit.
This is not just food.
It is the healing of every unmet need.
The comfort of every deprivation faced with patience.

﴿يَتَنَـٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسًۭا لَّا لَغْوٌۭ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمٌۭ﴾
'They will pass to one another a cup wherein is no ill speech or sin.' (52:23)

There will be gatherings —
not of gossip, mockery, or heedlessness —
but of pure joy and conversation.
Cups will pass between hands,
but the drink will not cloud minds or loosen tongues for harm.
No regret will follow these gatherings.
No sins will stain these moments.
This is the gathering of hearts purified —
a reflection of companionship untainted.

﴿وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَـٰنٌۭ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌۭ مَّكْنُونٌۭ﴾
'And they will be served by youthful servants made like hidden pearls.' (52:24)

Ease upon ease.
Servants will move gracefully,
like pearls untouched, flawless, radiant.
Service here is not burdened by status or pride —
it is beauty, comfort, and honor,
reflecting the purity of Paradise itself.

﴿وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٍۢ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ﴾
'And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.' (52:25)

Conversations will be free of bitterness.
They will gather, asking:
How did you get here?
What did you face?
What did you do in the world?
It will be storytelling of struggle and patience—
of tests endured, sins forgiven, and mercy granted.
Memories will be shared,
but no pain will linger.

﴿قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِىٓ أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ﴾
'They will say, ‘Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of Allah].’' (52:26)

They will remember:
We were afraid.
We lived with caution.
We guarded our tongues,
we battled our desires,
we feared falling astray.
We did not always fit in.
Among family and people who forgot the Hereafter,
we held on carefully, afraid of slipping.

﴿فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡنَا وَوَقَىٰنَا عَذَابَ ٱلسَّمُومِ﴾
'So Allah favored us and protected us from the punishment of the scorching fire.' (52:27)

It was not our deeds alone.
It was not our strength.
It was His mercy —
His favor that carried us through.
We could have fallen.
We could have failed.
But He shielded us from the burning punishment.

﴿إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبۡلُ نَدۡعُوهُۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡبَرُّ ٱلرَّحِيمُ﴾
'Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful.' (52:28)

They will reflect:
We used to call on Him —
in fear, in hope, in secret.
He is Al-Barr — the Most Kind, the Source of Goodness.
He is Ar-Rahim — the Most Merciful.
It was those duas,
those quiet conversations with Allah,
that brought us here.

This passage is a portrait of relief and gratitude.
The righteous will look back and realize:
It was worth it.
The hunger, the patience, the struggle to obey,
the cautious life lived with fear of Allah —
all of it led to this unending comfort.
And more than deeds,
it was dua and Allah’s mercy
that carried them to safety.

May Allah make us among those.

I realized that this life is a sacrifice in order to reap the ultimate success and that is Jannah. A new beginning for me is Aakhirah, once we realize that we have to use the means in order to get to the greatest gift that Allah has promised us. Why then are we saddened by the loss of wealth loss of life and health? Once we are satisfied with the blessings that are apparent and detach us from this world that is and will come to an end. Our hearts have become hardened and principles have been lost. May Allah guide and protect us and give us the ability to see with our hearts and not the physical eye. Ameen

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم


'اور ہم انہیں پھلوں اور گوشت سے نوازیں گے، جو کچھ وہ چاہیں گے۔' (الطور 52:22)


ان کی بھوک دنیا کی بھوک کی طرح نہ ہوگی۔
نہ وہ تکلیف دے گی، نہ نقصان پہنچائے گی، نہ ندامت لائے گی۔
جنت میں کھانا خوشی کا سامان ہوگا —
کثرت کے ساتھ، آسانی سے، بغیر مشقت کے۔
جو کچھ دل نے چاہا مگر دنیا میں نہ ملا،
جو تمنائیں ادھوری رہ گئیں —
وہ سب ان کو وہاں ملیں گی،
بغیر کسی رکاوٹ کے، بغیر کسی حد کے۔
یہ صرف کھانا نہیں ہوگا —
یہ ہر محرومی کا مداوا ہوگا،
ہر صبر کا بدلہ اور ہر آزمائش کا انعام۔

'وہاں وہ ایک دوسرے کے درمیان جام گردش کریں گے، جس میں نہ لغو بات ہوگی اور نہ گناہ۔' (الطور 52:23)


وہاں کی محفلیں پاکیزہ اور خوشگوار ہوں گی۔
نہ غیبت، نہ مذاق، نہ بے مقصد گفتگو —
بس خالص خوشی اور محبت بھری بات چیت۔
جام ایک دوسرے کے ہاتھوں میں گردش کریں گے،
لیکن وہ مشروب نہ عقل کو بگاڑے گا، نہ زبان سے برائی نکلے گی۔
نہ پچھتاوا ہوگا، نہ گناہ۔
یہ پاک دلوں کی صحبت ہوگی،
صاف ستھری رفاقت اور بے داغ دوستی۔

'اور ان کے گرد ان کے نوجوان خادم گھومیں گے، جیسے کہ وہ چھپے ہوئے موتی ہوں۔' (الطور 52:24)


یہاں آسانی در آسانی ہوگی۔
خادم حسن و جمال سے بھرپور ہوں گے،
ایسے جیسے چھپے ہوئے، بے داغ موتی۔
ان کی خدمت میں نہ غرور ہوگا، نہ بوجھ —
بس راحت، عزت اور خوبصورتی۔
یہ جنت کی پاکیزگی کا عکس ہوگا۔

'اور وہ ایک دوسرے کی طرف متوجہ ہو کر سوال کریں گے۔' (الطور 52:25)


وہ جمع ہوں گے اور ایک دوسرے سے پوچھیں گے:
تم کیسے یہاں پہنچے؟
کون سی آزمائشوں سے گزرے؟
کیا کیا عمل کیے؟
یہ صبر، عبادت، اور آزمائشوں کی کہانیاں ہوں گی،
رحمتوں کے تذکرے ہوں گے،
لیکن کوئی غم یا تکلیف باقی نہ رہے گی۔

'وہ کہیں گے: ہم دنیا میں اپنے اہل و عیال کے درمیان (اللہ سے) ڈرتے تھے۔' (الطور 52:26)


وہ یاد کریں گے:
ہم دنیا میں ڈرتے تھے۔
ہم احتیاط سے زندگی گزارتے تھے۔
اپنی زبانوں کی حفاظت کرتے،
خواہشات سے لڑتے،
گناہ سے بچنے کی فکر کرتے۔
ایسے ماحول میں جہاں اکثر لوگ آخرت کو بھلا چکے تھے،
ہم نے اللہ کی رسی کو مضبوط تھامے رکھا۔

'پس اللہ نے ہم پر احسان فرمایا اور ہمیں دوزخ کی جھلسا دینے والی ہوا سے بچا لیا۔' (الطور 52:27)


یہ ہماری طاقت کا نتیجہ نہ تھا۔
یہ اللہ کا فضل اور رحم تھا۔
اگر وہ نہ بچاتا،
تو ہم بھی گمراہ ہو سکتے تھے۔
اس نے ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا لیا۔

'بے شک ہم اس سے پہلے (دنیا میں) دعا کرتے تھے۔ بے شک وہی بڑا مہربان، بہت رحم کرنے والا ہے۔' (الطور 52:28)


ہم دنیا میں اسے پکارتے تھے —
ڈرتے ہوئے، امید کے ساتھ، تنہائی میں۔
وہ سراپا بھلائی کرنے والا ہے۔
وہ بے انتہا مہربان ہے۔
یہ انہی دعاؤں کا نتیجہ تھا
کہ ہم یہاں پہنچے۔

یہ آیات شکر، راحت اور اطمینان کی مکمل تصویر پیش کرتی ہیں۔
اہلِ جنت پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھیں گے اور کہیں گے:
یہ سب کچھ واقعی قابلِ قدر تھا —
بھوک، صبر، اطاعت، خوفِ خدا کے ساتھ زندگی —
یہ سب ہمیشہ کی راحت کا سبب بن گیا۔

اللہ ہمیں بھی ان لوگوں میں شامل فرمائے آمین۔

﷽

… and reflecting on the life of this world, I will say; 
Nothing was perfect but there were perfect moments. 

The life here is full of trials. Every day is a challenge but there are still moments to cherish. Maybe the smile on our kid’s face, the love of our parents, the security provided by our spouse and many many more. 

Just remember that Allah SWT has promised a perfect reward on the other side. All we need is beautiful patience, gratitude and obedience to our Lord. 

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Prophet (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who would get into Paradise (would be made to enjoy such an everlasting) bliss that he would neither become destitute, nor would his clothes wear out, nor his youth would decline.
(Sahih Muslim)

May Allah make us among the people of paradise mentioned in the quoted verse who will reflect upon the life of this world as a test passed.

Imagin you are invited to a grand event. As you enter gracefully, you notice that each seat is meticulously arranged, and everyone is welcomed with equal respect and hospitality. Attendants circulate, offering various amenities. Engaging in conversations with those around you, you try to gauge their familiarity with the host. All the guests exude warmth, kindness, and sincerity of the host. However, there is a flaw: this party is temporary , and soon you'll have to leave. Nonetheless, the moments spent at such an elegant event will undoubtedly become memorable.

 Now, let's shift our focus to an invitation from the Most Merciful, where you receive the everlasting gift of your host's loving companionship, never to end. The comforts mentioned in the temporary gathering  above, pale in comparison to what awaits you for eternity. Imagine we are discussing the gracious hospitality of the esteemed Host, reflecting upon the joys He added to our lives on Earth. Doesn't all this enthusiasm enhance the anticipation of meeting?
Would you desire to strengthen your bond with such a host who cherishes every guest in their gathering with utmost respect and honor? 

let's try to get enlisted in  honored  invitees. Because only those who are closest are invited to such gatherings. May Allah make us among those honored servants of His, who He'll personally accompany with the endless treasures of His Jannah. Ameen
