Al-Anbiya' 21:32 وجعلنا السماء سقفا محفوظا وهم عن اياتها معرضون ٣٢
وَجَعَلْنَا
السَّمَآءَ
سَقْفًا
مَّحْفُوْظًا ۖۚ
وَّهُمْ
عَنْ
اٰیٰتِهَا
مُعْرِضُوْنَ
۟
Dan Kami menjadikan langit sebagai atap yang terpelihara, namun mereka tetap berpaling dari tanda-tanda (kebesaran Allah) itu (matahari, bulan, angin, awan, dan lain-lain).

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
