Al-Hijr 15:39 قال رب بما اغويتني لازينن لهم في الارض ولاغوينهم اجمعين ٣٩
قَالَ
رَبِّ
بِمَآ
أَغۡوَيۡتَنِي
لَأُزَيِّنَنَّ
لَهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَلَأُغۡوِيَنَّهُمۡ
أَجۡمَعِينَ
٣٩
Hij (Iblis) zei. "Mijn Heer, omdat U mij heeft doen dwalen, zal ik voor ben (hun slechte daden) zeker schoonschijnend maken op de aarde, en ik zal hen zeker allen doen dwalen.

The Threat of Iblis to tempt Mankind, and Allah's Promise of Hell for him
Allah informed about the rebellion and arrogance of Iblis, in that he said to the Lord:
بِمَآ أَغْوَيْتَنِى
(Because You misled me,) i.e., because You misled me and misguided me.
لأُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ
