ما يجادل في ايات الله الا الذين كفروا فلا يغررك تقلبهم في البلاد ٤
مَا يُجَـٰدِلُ فِىٓ ءَايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَلَا يَغْرُرْكَ تَقَلُّبُهُمْ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ ٤
مَا
يُجَٰدِلُ
فِيٓ
ءَايَٰتِ
ٱللَّهِ
إِلَّا
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
فَلَا
يَغۡرُرۡكَ
تَقَلُّبُهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ
٤
Tidak ada yang membantah mengenai ayat-ayat Allah melainkan orang-orang yang kafir. Oleh itu janganlah engkau (wahai Muhammad) diperdayakan oleh kebebasan mereka bergerak dengan berulang alik dari sebuah bandar ke bandar yang lain.

وقوله: (فلا يغررك تقلبهم في البلاد): يقول جل ثناؤه: فلا يخدعك يا محمد تصرفهم في البلاد، وبقاؤهم ومكثهم فيها، مع كفرهم بربهم؛ فتحسب أنهم إنَّما أُمهلوا وتقلبوا، فتصرفوا في البلاد مع كفرهم بالله، ولم يُعاجلوا بالنقمة والعذاب على كفرهم؛ لأنهم على شيء من الحق، فإنّا لم نمهلهم لذلك؛ ولكن ليبلغ الكتاب أجله، ولتحقَّ عليهم كلمة العذاب؛ عذاب ربك. الطبري:21/352.

غَافِرِ الذَّنبِ وَقَابِلِ التَّوْبِ
The Forgiver of sin, the Acceptor of repentance,
means, He forgives sins that have been committed in the past, and He accepts repentance for sins that may be committed in the future, from the one who repents and submits to Him.
شَدِيدِ الْعِقَابِ
the Severe in punishment,

The Surah of 'The Believer'
Many scholars (such as Imam Bukhari and Imam Tirmidhi) refer to Surat Ghafer, Chapter 40, as the Surah of 'the believer' – سورة المؤمن.
This chapter narrates with some level of detail the story of Musa and the Pharaoh, and in particular the moment when the Pharaoh announced his clear intention to kill Musa [40:26].
