رفيع الدرجات ذو العرش يلقي الروح من امره على من يشاء من عباده لينذر يوم التلاق ١٥
رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتِ ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ يُلْقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوْمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ ١٥

يُلۡقِي
ٱلرُّوحَ
مِنۡ
أَمۡرِهِۦ
عَلَىٰ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِهِۦ
لِيُنذِرَ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلتَّلَاقِ
١٥
Dia lah Yang Maha tinggi darjat kebesaranNya, yang mempunyai Arasy (yang melambangkan keagungan dan kekuasaanNya); Ia memberikan wahyu dari hal perintahNya kepada sesiapa yang dikehendakiNya di antara hamba-hambaNya (yang telah dipilih menjadi RasulNya), supaya Ia memberi amaran (kepada manusia) tentang hari pertemuan,

Allah refers to revelation here as Rooh which translates roughly to mean spirit. As if to mean the way the body is dead without the Rooh, the heart is dead without the revelation .

The Surah of 'The Believer'
Many scholars (such as Imam Bukhari and Imam Tirmidhi) refer to Surat Ghafer, Chapter 40, as the Surah of 'the believer' – سورة المؤمن.
This chapter narrates with some level of detail the story of Musa and the Pharaoh, and in particular the moment when the Pharaoh announced his clear intention to kill Musa [40:26].
