وما محمد الا رسول قد خلت من قبله الرسل افان مات او قتل انقلبتم على اعقابكم ومن ينقلب على عقبيه فلن يضر الله شييا وسيجزي الله الشاكرين ١٤٤
وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٌۭ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ ۚ أَفَإِي۟ن مَّاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ ٱنقَلَبْتُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَعْقَـٰبِكُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَنقَلِبْ عَلَىٰ عَقِبَيْهِ فَلَن يَضُرَّ ٱللَّهَ شَيْـًۭٔا ۗ وَسَيَجْزِى ٱللَّهُ ٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَ ١٤٤

وَسَيَجۡزِي
ٱللَّهُ
ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ
١٤٤
Dan Muhammad itu tidak lain hanyalah seorang Rasul yang sudahpun didahului oleh beberapa orang Rasul (yang telah mati atau terbunuh). Jika demikian, kalau ia pula mati atau terbunuh, (patutkah) kamu berbalik (berpaling tadah menjadi kafir)? Dan (ingatlah), sesiapa yang berbalik (menjadi kafir) maka ia tidak akan mendatangkan mudarat kepada Allah sedikitpun; dan (sebaliknya) Allah akan memberi balasan pahala kepada orang-orang yang bersyukur (akan nikmat Islam yang tidak ada bandingannya itu).

Īmān rises… and it falls.
Life pricks us with its thorns.
And in our hearts, we carry dreams —
dreams of sacrificing for the sake of Allah ﷻ.
Of giving up comfort. Of choosing Him over the world.
But then…
We brush those thoughts aside.
We barricade our resolve with excuses.
'Later.'
'One day.'
'When things settle.'
And we scroll on.
But something struck me deeply —
Āyāt 143–148 of Sūrat Āli ʿImrān.
