وَمَا
نَتَنَزَّلُ
إِلَّا
بِأَمۡرِ
رَبِّكَۖ
لَهُۥ
مَا
بَيۡنَ
أَيۡدِينَا
وَمَا
خَلۡفَنَا
وَمَا
بَيۡنَ
ذَٰلِكَۚ
وَمَا
كَانَ
رَبُّكَ
نَسِيّٗا
٦٤
Ug kami (Mga anghel) dili mukanaug gawas sa Kamandoan sa imong Ginoo (Allah); Kaniya ang bisan unsa nga anaa sa atong atubangan ug ang bisan unsa nga anaa sa atong luyo ug ang bisan unsa nga anaa sa taliwala (niini), ug ang imong Ginoo (Allah) dili gayud malimot.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Angels do not descend, except by Allah's Command
Imam Ahmad recorded that Ibn `Abbas said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Jibril,
«مَا يَمْنَعُكَ أَنْ تَزُورَنَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا تَزُورُنَا؟»
(What prevents you from visiting us more than you do) Then this Ayah was revealed,
وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِ
