أَرَاغِبٌ
أَنتَ
عَنۡ
ءَالِهَتِي
يَٰٓإِبۡرَٰهِيمُۖ
لَئِن
لَّمۡ
تَنتَهِ
لَأَرۡجُمَنَّكَۖ
وَٱهۡجُرۡنِي
مَلِيّٗا
٤٦
Siya (amahan ni Abraham) mitubag: Ikaw ba nagasalikway sa akong mga diyos (ang mga dios-dios nga akong gisimba) oh Abraham ? Nan, kon dili ka moundang, batohon ko gayod ikaw, busa palayo kanako ug ayaw na ug balik pag-usab.

The Reply of Ibrahim's Father
Allah, the Exalted, informs of the reply of Ibrahim's father to his son, Ibrahim, in reference to what he was calling him to. He said,
أَرَاغِبٌ أَنتَ عَنْ آلِهَتِى يإِبْرَهِيمُ
(Do you revile my gods, O Ibrahim) This means, "If you do not want to worship them (the idols)
