وَإِذَا
غَشِيَهُم
مَّوۡجٞ
كَٱلظُّلَلِ
دَعَوُاْ
ٱللَّهَ
مُخۡلِصِينَ
لَهُ
ٱلدِّينَ
فَلَمَّا
نَجَّىٰهُمۡ
إِلَى
ٱلۡبَرِّ
فَمِنۡهُم
مُّقۡتَصِدٞۚ
وَمَا
يَجۡحَدُ
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ
إِلَّا
كُلُّ
خَتَّارٖ
كَفُورٖ

Yeroo danbaliin akka gaaraa isaan haguuge amantaa (kadhaa) Isaaf qulqulleessanii Allaah qofa kadhatu. Yeroma inni gara dachiitti nagaan isaan baase immoo, isaan irraa nama (kadhaa isaa iirraa) of qusatutu jira. Mallattoolee keenya waadaa diigaa, kafaraa hunda malee hin mormu.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah tells us that He is the One Who has subjugated the sea so that ships may sail on it by His command, i.e., by His grace and power
For if He did not give the water the strength to carry the ships, they would not sail. So He says:
