وَإِذَا
غَشِيَهُم
مَّوۡجٞ
كَٱلظُّلَلِ
دَعَوُاْ
ٱللَّهَ
مُخۡلِصِينَ
لَهُ
ٱلدِّينَ
فَلَمَّا
نَجَّىٰهُمۡ
إِلَى
ٱلۡبَرِّ
فَمِنۡهُم
مُّقۡتَصِدٞۚ
وَمَا
يَجۡحَدُ
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ
إِلَّا
كُلُّ
خَتَّارٖ
كَفُورٖ

Na igira a kiyakoloban siran sa bagl a lagid o manga palaw, na mangni siran ko Allah, a totolabosn iran Rkaniyan so pangni. Na kagiya a sabtn Iyan siran, a iraot siran ko kalopaan; na so sabaad kiran na miyaginontolan. Na da a zangka ko manga tanda Ami a rowar ko oman i makadorat, a miyongkir!

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah tells us that He is the One Who has subjugated the sea so that ships may sail on it by His command, i.e., by His grace and power
For if He did not give the water the strength to carry the ships, they would not sail. So He says:
