وَمَن
كَفَرَ
فَلَا
يَحۡزُنكَ
كُفۡرُهُۥٓۚ
إِلَيۡنَا
مَرۡجِعُهُمۡ
فَنُنَبِّئُهُم
بِمَا
عَمِلُوٓاْۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
عَلِيمُۢ
بِذَاتِ
ٱلصُّدُورِ

තවද කවරෙකු ප්රතික්ෂේප කළේ ද ඔහුගේ ප්රතික්ෂේපය ඔබ දුකට පත් නො කළ යුතු ය. ඔවුන් නැවත යොමු කරනු ලබන ස්ථානය අප වෙත ය. එවිට ඔවුන් සිදු කළ දෑ පිළිබඳව අපි ඔවුනට දන්වා සිටිමු. නියත වශයෙන් ම අල්ලාහ් හදවත් තුළ ඇති දෑ පිළිබඳව සර්ව ඥානී ය.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ
(while he is a Muhsin) i.e., doing what his Lord has commanded and abstaining from what He has forbidden,
فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى
(then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold.) means, he has received a firm promise from Allah that He will not punish him.
