Al-Ma'idah 5:106 يا ايها الذين امنوا شهادة بينكم اذا حضر احدكم الموت حين الوصية اثنان ذوا عدل منكم او اخران من غيركم ان انتم ضربتم في الارض فاصابتكم مصيبة الموت تحبسونهما من بعد الصلاة فيقسمان بالله ان ارتبتم لا نشتري به ثمنا ولو كان ذا قربى ولا نكتم شهادة الله انا اذا لمن الاثمين ١٠٦

O voi che credete, se state per morire e fate testamento, prendete come testimoni due uomini integri dei vostri ¹ ; oppure, se siete in viaggio e vi giunga preavviso della morte, [due uomini] a voi estranei. Li tratterrete dopo l’orazione e se avete dubbi fateli giurare in nome di Allah: «Non rinnegheremo per nessuna somma, neanche a favore di un parente, e non nasconderemo la testimonianza di Allah, ché in tal caso saremmo peccatori».
