Al-Ahzab 33:16 قل لن ينفعكم الفرار ان فررتم من الموت او القتل واذا لا تمتعون الا قليلا ١٦

لَّن
يَنفَعَكُمُ
ٱلۡفِرَارُ
إِن
فَرَرۡتُم
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمَوۡتِ
أَوِ
ٱلۡقَتۡلِ
وَإِذٗا
لَّا
تُمَتَّعُونَ
إِلَّا
قَلِيلٗا
١٦
Di’ [loro]: «La fuga non vi sarà utile. Se fuggite la morte o l’essere uccisi, non avrete altro che breve gioia».

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بُيُوتَنَا عَوْرَةٌ وَمَا هِىَ بِعَوْرَةٍ إِن يُرِيدُونَ إِلاَّ فِرَاراً
("Truly, our homes lie open." And they lay not open. They but wished to flee.) If the enemy had entered upon them from every side of Al-Madinah and from every direction, then demanded that they become disbelieve
