ها انتم هاولاء جادلتم عنهم في الحياة الدنيا فمن يجادل الله عنهم يوم القيامة ام من يكون عليهم وكيلا ١٠٩
هَـٰٓأَنتُمْ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ جَـٰدَلْتُمْ عَنْهُمْ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَمَن يُجَـٰدِلُ ٱللَّهَ عَنْهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ أَم مَّن يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيلًۭا ١٠٩
هٰۤاَنْتُمْ
هٰۤؤُلَآءِ
جَادَلْتُمْ
عَنْهُمْ
فِی
الْحَیٰوةِ
الدُّنْیَا ۫
فَمَنْ
یُّجَادِلُ
اللّٰهَ
عَنْهُمْ
یَوْمَ
الْقِیٰمَةِ
اَمْ
مَّنْ
یَّكُوْنُ
عَلَیْهِمْ
وَكِیْلًا
۟

Banu Ubayriq telling them that their support given to betrayers of trust in the mortal world does not end at that. There will be the Day of Doom when their case will come before Almighty Allah. Who will lend support to them at that time? The verse serves two purposes. It admonishes them, and then reminds them of the hazards of the Hereafter persuading them thereby to repent and turn to Allah.
