كتب عليه انه من تولاه فانه يضله ويهديه الى عذاب السعير ٤
كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُۥ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُۥ يُضِلُّهُۥ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ ٤

عَذَابِ

(tentang setan), telah ditetapkan bahwa siapa yang berkawan dengan dia, maka dia akan menyesatkannya, dan membawanya ke azab neraka.

In verse 1, put simply, God did not come to play. Allah sets the scene for very serious warnings.
