Maryam 19:64 وما نتنزل الا بامر ربك له ما بين ايدينا وما خلفنا وما بين ذالك وما كان ربك نسيا ٦٤
وَمَا
نَتَنَزَّلُ
إِلَّا
بِأَمۡرِ
رَبِّكَۖ
لَهُۥ
مَا
بَيۡنَ
أَيۡدِينَا
وَمَا
خَلۡفَنَا
وَمَا
بَيۡنَ
ذَٰلِكَۚ
وَمَا
كَانَ
رَبُّكَ
نَسِيّٗا
٦٤
"Nous ne descendons que sur ordre de ton Seigneur . À Lui tout ce qui est devant nous, tout ce qui est derrière nous et tout ce qui est entre les deux. Et ton Seigneur n’oublie rien. 1

The Angels do not descend, except by Allah's Command
Imam Ahmad recorded that Ibn `Abbas said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Jibril,
«مَا يَمْنَعُكَ أَنْ تَزُورَنَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا تَزُورُنَا؟»
(What prevents you from visiting us more than you do) Then this Ayah was revealed,
وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِ
