يُبَصَّرُونَهُمۡۚ
يَوَدُّ
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُ

عَذَابِ

بِبَنِيهِ

Allah says that the torment will befall the disbelievers.
يَوْمَ تَكُونُ السَّمَآءُ كَالْمُهْلِ
