What I love so much about the Quran is that it doesn’t strip the emotions out of people, but magnifies them. Dua of Prophet Nuh (AS): A Call to the All-Powerful
Allah tells us in Surah As-Saffat (37:75):
وَلَقَدْ نَادَانَا نُوحٌ فَلَنِعْمَ ٱلْمُجِيبُونَ
'And indeed, Noah called upon Us, and how excellent are We in responding!'
I always wondered why Allah describes Himself using the plural as the plural form of 'Responders' (المجيبون) is used here, although we know Allah is One. Upon reflection it becomes clear that the plural here is expressed to ma...Voir plus
