ليس على الاعمى حرج ولا على الاعرج حرج ولا على المريض حرج ومن يطع الله ورسوله يدخله جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار ومن يتول يعذبه عذابا اليما ١٧
لَّيْسَ عَلَى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ حَرَجٌۭ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْأَعْرَجِ حَرَجٌۭ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْمَرِيضِ حَرَجٌۭ ۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّـٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۖ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبْهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا ١٧

وَلَا
عَلَى
ٱلۡأَعۡرَجِ
حَرَجٞ
وَلَا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمَرِيضِ
حَرَجٞۗ
وَمَن
يُطِعِ
ٱللَّهَ
وَرَسُولَهُۥ
يُدۡخِلۡهُ
جَنَّٰتٖ
تَجۡرِي
مِن
تَحۡتِهَا
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ
وَمَن
يَتَوَلَّ
يُعَذِّبۡهُ
عَذَابًا
أَلِيمٗا
١٧
Nul grief n’est à faire à l’aveugle, ni au boiteux ni au malade . Et quiconque obéit à Allah et à Son Messager, Il le fera entrer dans des Jardins sous lesquels coulent les ruisseaux. Quiconque cependant se détourne, Il le châtiera d’un douloureux châtiment. 1

ذكر تعالى الأعذار في ترك الجهاد: فمنها لازم كالعمى والعرج المستمر، وعارض كالمرض الذي يطرأ أيامًا ثم يزول؛ فهو في حال مرضه ملحق بذوي الأعذار اللازمة حتى يبرأ. ابن كثير:4/193.
السؤال: إذا كان الجهاد واجبًا فما الأعذار المبيحة لتركه من خلال الآية؟
في الدنيا بالمذلة، وفي الآخرة بالنار. ابن كثير:4/193.

Surah Al Fath was revealed in its entirety after the event of Hudaibiyyah. Ayat 9 lists 4 To Do Things from Allah SWT directed to the Companions RA. These instructions demanded that they turned their focus away from their disappointment in not being able to perform Umrah .
They were told to focus on
