A Allah appartient la souveraineté des cieux et de la Terre. Il pardonne à qui Il veut et châtie qui Il veut. Allah demeure cependant, Pardonneur et Miséricordieux.

ثم بين تعالى أنه الحاكم المالك المتصرف في أهل السماوات والأرض : ( يغفر لمن يشاء ويعذب من يشاء وكان الله غفورا رحيما ) أي : لمن تاب إليه وأناب ، وخضع لديه .
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
