رفيع الدرجات ذو العرش يلقي الروح من امره على من يشاء من عباده لينذر يوم التلاق ١٥
رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتِ ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ يُلْقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوْمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ ١٥

ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ
ذُو
ٱلۡعَرۡشِ
يُلۡقِي
ٱلرُّوحَ
مِنۡ
أَمۡرِهِۦ
عَلَىٰ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِهِۦ
لِيُنذِرَ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلتَّلَاقِ
١٥
Il est Celui qui est élevé aux degrés les plus hauts, Possesseur du Trône, Il envoie par Son ordre l’Esprit sur celui qu’Il veut parmi Ses serviteurs, afin que celui-ci avertisse du jour de la Rencontre, 1

Allah refers to revelation here as Rooh which translates roughly to mean spirit. As if to mean the way the body is dead without the Rooh, the heart is dead without the revelation .

The Surah of 'The Believer'
Many scholars (such as Imam Bukhari and Imam Tirmidhi) refer to Surat Ghafer, Chapter 40, as the Surah of 'the believer' – سورة المؤمن.
This chapter narrates with some level of detail the story of Musa and the Pharaoh, and in particular the moment when the Pharaoh announced his clear intention to kill Musa [40:26].
