( ويقولون أئنا لتاركو آلهتنا لشاعر مجنون ) أي : أنحن نترك عبادة آلهتنا وآلهة آبائنا عن قول [ هذا ] الشاعر المجنون ، يعنون رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - ؟ !
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
