Ô mon peuple ! Voici la chamelle d’Allah qu’Il vous a envoyée comme signe. Laissez-la donc paître sur la terre d’Allah, et ne lui faites aucun mal sinon, un châtiment proche vous saisira !"

{ وَيَا قَوْمِ هَذِهِ نَاقَةُ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ آيَةً } لها شرب من البئر يوما، ثم يشربون كلهم من ضرعها، ولهم شرب يوم معلوم.{ فَذَرُوهَا تَأْكُلْ فِي أَرْضِ اللَّهِ } أي: ليس عليكم من مؤنتها وعلفها شيء، { وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ } أي: بعقر { فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ قَرِيبٌ }
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
