قُلۡ
أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ
شُرَكَآءَكُمُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
تَدۡعُونَ
مِن
دُونِ
ٱللَّهِ
أَرُونِي
مَاذَا
خَلَقُواْ
مِنَ
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
أَمۡ
لَهُمۡ
شِرۡكٞ
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
أَمۡ
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمۡ
كِتَٰبٗا
فَهُمۡ
عَلَىٰ
بَيِّنَتٖ
مِّنۡهُۚ
بَلۡ
إِن
يَعِدُ
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
بَعۡضُهُم
بَعۡضًا
إِلَّا
غُرُورًا
٤٠
Spune: „Îi vedeți pe asociații voștri1 pe care voi îi invocați afară de Allah? Arătați-mi ce au creat ei pe Pământ? Sau au ei vreo parte în crearea Cerurilor? Sau lor le-am dat Noi vreo carte pe care ei să o [cunoască bine] și să o aducă ca evidență? [Nicidecum!] Dar nu-și făgăduiesc cei nelegiuiți unii altora decât numai înșelăciune.”2

The Helplessness of the false gods and the Power of Allah
Allah tells His Messenger to say to the idolators:
أَرَءَيْتُمْ شُرَكَآءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ
(Have you considered your partners whom you call upon besides Allah) the idols and rivals.
أَرُونِى مَاذَا خَلَقُواْ مِنَ الاٌّرْض
