وَأَنكِحُواْ
ٱلۡأَيَٰمَىٰ
مِنكُمۡ
وَٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِكُمۡ
وَإِمَآئِكُمۡۚ
إِن
يَكُونُواْ
فُقَرَآءَ
يُغۡنِهِمُ
ٱللَّهُ
مِن
فَضۡلِهِۦۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
وَٰسِعٌ
عَلِيمٞ

مردان و زنان مجرد (و بیهمسر) خود را همسر دهید، و (نیز) غلامان و کنیزانتان که شایسته (و نیکوکار) هستند، (همسر دهید) اگر فقیر باشند، الله از فضل (و کرم) خویش آنها را بینیاز میکند، و الله گشایش دهندۀ آگاه است.

The Command to marry
These clear Ayat include a group of unambiguous rulings and firm commands.
وَأَنْكِحُواْ الأَيَـمَى مِنْكُمْ
(And marry those among you who are single (Al-Ayama)....) This is a command to marry. The Prophet said:
«يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ، مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمُ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَ
