Al-Baqarah ۲۳۶:۲ لا جناح عليكم ان طلقتم النساء ما لم تمسوهن او تفرضوا لهن فريضة ومتعوهن على الموسع قدره وعلى المقتر قدره متاعا بالمعروف حقا على المحسنين ٢٣٦

جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِن
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
مَا
لَمۡ
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
أَوۡ
تَفۡرِضُواْ
لَهُنَّ
فَرِيضَةٗۚ
وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُوسِعِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
وَعَلَى
ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ
قَدَرُهُۥ
مَتَٰعَۢا
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٢٣٦
اگر زنان را مادامی که با آنان آمیزش جنسی نکردهاید و مهری برایشان معین نکردهاید طلاق دادید؛ گناهی بر شما نیست، و (در این حالت) آنها را (با هدیهای مناسب) بهرهمند سازید، بر توانگر بهاندازه توانش، و بر تنگدست بهاندازه توانش هدیهای شایسته است (و این حکم) بر نیکوکاران الزامی است.
