Al-A’ráf 7:138 وجاوزنا ببني اسراييل البحر فاتوا على قوم يعكفون على اصنام لهم قالوا يا موسى اجعل لنا الاها كما لهم الهة قال انكم قوم تجهلون ١٣٨
وَجَٰوَزۡنَا
بِبَنِيٓ
إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
ٱلۡبَحۡرَ
فَأَتَوۡاْ
عَلَىٰ
قَوۡمٖ
يَعۡكُفُونَ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَصۡنَامٖ
لَّهُمۡۚ
قَالُواْ
يَٰمُوسَى
ٱجۡعَل
لَّنَآ
إِلَٰهٗا
كَمَا
لَهُمۡ
ءَالِهَةٞۚ
قَالَ
إِنَّكُمۡ
قَوۡمٞ
تَجۡهَلُونَ
١٣٨
Hice que los Hijos de Israel cruzaran el mar, pero cuando llegaron a un pueblo que se prosternaba ante los ídolos dijeron: “¡Oh, Moisés! Queremos que nos hagas un ídolo similar a los que tienen ellos”. Dijo [Moisés]: “Ustedes son gente ignorante.

The Children of Israel safely cross the Sea, but still held on to the Idea of Idol Worshipping
