رفيع الدرجات ذو العرش يلقي الروح من امره على من يشاء من عباده لينذر يوم التلاق ١٥
رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتِ ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ يُلْقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوْمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ ١٥

ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ

ٱلۡعَرۡشِ
يُلۡقِي
ٱلرُّوحَ
مِنۡ
أَمۡرِهِۦ
عَلَىٰ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِهِۦ
لِيُنذِرَ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلتَّلَاقِ
١٥
Él posee los atributos más sublimes, Señor del Trono. Concede la revelación con Su Mensaje a quien Él quiere de Sus siervos, para que adviertan sobre el día de la comparecencia.

Allah refers to revelation here as Rooh which translates roughly to mean spirit. As if to mean the way the body is dead without the Rooh, the heart is dead without the revelation .

The Surah of 'The Believer'
Many scholars (such as Imam Bukhari and Imam Tirmidhi) refer to Surat Ghafer, Chapter 40, as the Surah of 'the believer' – سورة المؤمن.
