The surah starts off my mentioning in the first verse that the Quran being laden with reminders, and the final verse also mentions that it is a remonder for all mankind.

هذه السورة العظيمة مشتملة على الذكر الحكيم... فلهذا أقسم في أولها بأنه ذو الذكر، ووصفه في آخرها بأنه ذكر للعالمين، وأكثرَ التذكير بها فيما بين ذلك؛ كقوله: (واذكر عبدنا)، (واذكر عبادنا)، (رحمة منا وذكرى)، (هذا ذكر). السعدي: 717.
