Dijo: “¡Señor mío! He sido injusto conmigo mismo; perdóname”. Y [Dios] lo perdonó, porque Él es Absolvedor, Misericordioso.

HE الله عزوجل says towards the end of 2:222 'Surely الله loves those who always turn to Him in repentance and those who purify themselves.'
HE الله عزوجل is affectionate towards those people who sincerely repent. The word توبة itself means 'to return', but in the context of Islamic terminology it means 'return back to الله عزوجل'. He didn’t say I wronged this or that but he said 'I wronged my soul'. When we do wrong or injustice, it’s first directed to us and our souls before anyone else. We may say it’s an act of self-love to be righteous! Something between the lines here is that how did Musa A.S know that Allah forgave him?
This is before Prophethood, maybe Musa A.S knew that just because Allah had granted him the ability to seek forgiveness that Allah intended forgiveness for him. It's similar to the story of Adam A.S. when Allah taught Adam the words to seek forgiveness, and then forgave him.
Again the constant question is how much does Allah love his slaves that He allows ...Ver más

Musa is often described as having wisdom and knowledge and wisdom and strength. Knowledge is content of thought. Wisdom is knowing when and how to best exercise it.
