ولما كان (يفسدون) لا ينافي إصلاحهم أحيانا؛ أردف بقوله تعالى: (ولا يصلحون) لبيان كمال إفسادهم، وأنه لم يخالطه إصلاح أصلًا. الألوسي:10/112.

in the marvels of our technological advancements
and the comfort of our material security.
We build our lives around these achievements,
thinking they can shield us from any harm, any consequence.
But we must remember, just as the people of Thamud did,
that no amount of human progress can protect us
from the repercussions of ignoring divine guidance.

Al-Azeez (Almighty) is usually paired with Al-Hakeem (The wise), or sometimes Al-Aleem (The All knowing).
