ان الذين حقت عليهم كلمت ربك لا يومنون ٩٦
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٩٦

Indeed, those against whom your Lord’s decree ˹of torment˺ is justified will not believe—
