51:26
فراغ الى اهله فجاء بعجل سمين ٢٦
فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِۦ فَجَآءَ بِعِجْلٍۢ سَمِينٍۢ ٢٦
فَرَاغَ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَهۡلِهِۦ
فَجَآءَ
بِعِجۡلٖ
سَمِينٖ
٢٦
Then he slipped off to his family and brought a fat ˹roasted˺ calf,

فقربه اليهم قال الا تاكلون ٢٧
فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ إِلَيْهِمْ قَالَ أَلَا تَأْكُلُونَ ٢٧
فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
قَالَ
أَلَا
تَأۡكُلُونَ
٢٧
and placed it before them, asking, “Will you not eat?”

فاوجس منهم خيفة قالوا لا تخف وبشروه بغلام عليم ٢٨
فَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةًۭ ۖ قَالُوا۟ لَا تَخَفْ ۖ وَبَشَّرُوهُ بِغُلَـٰمٍ عَلِيمٍۢ ٢٨
فَأَوۡجَسَ
مِنۡهُمۡ
خِيفَةٗۖ
قَالُواْ
لَا
تَخَفۡۖ
وَبَشَّرُوهُ
بِغُلَٰمٍ
عَلِيمٖ
٢٨
˹They did not eat,˺ so he grew fearful of them.

They reassured ˹him˺, “Do not be afraid,” and gave him good news of a knowledgeable son.

فاقبلت امراته في صرة فصكت وجهها وقالت عجوز عقيم ٢٩
فَأَقْبَلَتِ ٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ فِى صَرَّةٍۢ فَصَكَّتْ وَجْهَهَا وَقَالَتْ عَجُوزٌ عَقِيمٌۭ ٢٩
فَأَقۡبَلَتِ
ٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ
فِي
صَرَّةٖ
فَصَكَّتۡ
وَجۡهَهَا
وَقَالَتۡ
عَجُوزٌ
عَقِيمٞ
٢٩
Then his wife came forward with a cry, clasping her forehead ˹in astonishment˺, exclaiming, “˹A baby from˺ a barren, old woman!”

قالوا كذالك قال ربك انه هو الحكيم العليم ٣٠
قَالُوا۟ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٣٠
قَالُواْ
كَذَٰلِكِ
قَالَ
رَبُّكِۖ
إِنَّهُۥ
هُوَ
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
٣٠
They replied, “Such has your Lord decreed. He is truly the All-Wise, All-Knowing.”
