وَنَفۡسٖ

وَمَا

سَوَّىٰهَا

٧

And by the soul and ˹the One˺ Who fashioned it,

then with ˹the knowledge of˺ right and wrong inspired it!

Successful indeed is the one who purifies their soul,

and doomed is the one who corrupts it!
