وفجرنا الارض عيونا فالتقى الماء على امر قد قدر ١٢
وَفَجَّرْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ عُيُونًۭا فَٱلْتَقَى ٱلْمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمْرٍۢ قَدْ قُدِرَ ١٢

and caused the earth to burst with springs, so the waters met for a fate already set.
