عَلَىٰٓ

أَن

نُّبَدِّلَ

خَيۡرٗا

مِّنۡهُمۡ

وَمَا

نَحۡنُ

بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ

of replacing them with ˹others˺ better than them, and We cannot be prevented ˹from doing so˺.
