فَمَا

لَهُمۡ

لَا

يُؤۡمِنُونَ

٢٠

So what is the matter with them that they do not believe,

and when the Quran is recited to them, they do not bow down ˹in submission˺?¹

In fact, the disbelievers persist in denial.
