أَمَرۡتُكَۖ

قَالَ

أَنَا۠

خَيۡرٞ

مِّنۡهُ

خَلَقۡتَنِي

مِن

نَّارٖ

وَخَلَقۡتَهُۥ

مِن

طِينٖ

١٢

Allah asked, “What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?” He replied, “I am better than he is: You created me from fire and him from clay.”
