وهو القاهر فوق عباده وهو الحكيم الخبير ١٨
وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ١٨

He reigns supreme over His creation. And He is the All-Wise, All-Aware.
