“and my chest is tight, and my tongue fails to move”
In this reading, Prophet Moses (pbuh) mentions three reasons before requesting his brother's assistance.
وَيَضِيقَ صَدْرِي وَلَا يَنْطَلِقَ

“and that my chest tightens and my tongue fails to move”
In this reading, the accusative verbs are conjoined to the verb in the preceding ayah, entailing that he feared these things happening along with the rejection of Pharaoh's people.
