ٱللَّهُ
ٱلَّذِي
خَلَقَ
سَبۡعَ
سَمَٰوَٰتٖ
وَمِنَ
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
مِثۡلَهُنَّۖ
يَتَنَزَّلُ
ٱلۡأَمۡرُ
بَيۡنَهُنَّ
لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
عَلَىٰ
كُلِّ
شَيۡءٖ
قَدِيرٞ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
قَدۡ
أَحَاطَ
بِكُلِّ
شَيۡءٍ
عِلۡمَۢا

ߊߟߊ߫ ߟߋ߫ ߞߊ߬ ߛߊ߲߫ ߥߐߙߐ߲ߥߌ߬ߟߊ ߘߊ߲߫ ߸ ߏ߬ ߟߎ߫ ߢߐ߲߰ ߦߋ߫ ߘߎ߱ ߝߣߊ߫ ߘߐ߫ ، ߖߊ߬ߡߊߙߌ ߦߋ߫ ߖߌ߰ ߟߴߏ߬ ߟߎ߬ ߕߍ߫ ߟߋ߬ ߸ ߛߴߊߟߎ߫ ߘߴߊ߬ ߟߐ߲߫ ߞߏ߫ ߊߟߊ߫ ߟߋ߬ ߛߋ߫ ߟߊ߫ ߞߏ ߓߍ߯ ߟߊ߫ ، ߊ߬ ߣߌ߫ ߝߣߊ߫ ߸ ߞߏ߫ ߊߟߊ߫ ߟߊ߫ ߟߐ߲ߠߌ߲ ߣߊ߬ ߝߋ߲ ߓߍ߯ ߟߊߝߏ߬ ߟߊ߫ ߟߋ߬ ߔߘߋߞߎ߬.

Allah's Perfect Power
Allah the Exalted asserts His perfect power and infinite greatness, so that the great religion that He has legislated is honored and implemented,
اللَّهُ الَّذِى خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَوَتٍ
(It is Allah Who has created seven heavens) Allah said in similar Ayat, like what Prophet Nuh
