ٱللَّهُ
ٱلَّذِي
خَلَقَ
سَبۡعَ
سَمَٰوَٰتٖ
وَمِنَ
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
مِثۡلَهُنَّۖ
يَتَنَزَّلُ
ٱلۡأَمۡرُ
بَيۡنَهُنَّ
لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
عَلَىٰ
كُلِّ
شَيۡءٖ
قَدِيرٞ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
قَدۡ
أَحَاطَ
بِكُلِّ
شَيۡءٍ
عِلۡمَۢا
١٢
Allah ist es, Der sieben Himmel erschuf und von der Erde die gleiche Anzahl. Der Befehl steigt zwischen ihnen herab, auf daß ihr erfahren möget, daß Allah über alle Dinge Macht hat und daß Allahs Wissen alle Dinge umfaßt.

Allah's Perfect Power
Allah the Exalted asserts His perfect power and infinite greatness, so that the great religion that He has legislated is honored and implemented,
اللَّهُ الَّذِى خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَوَتٍ
(It is Allah Who has created seven heavens) Allah said in similar Ayat, like what Prophet Nuh
