فيقولون إن الاهتداء الذي في القلب لا يقدر عليه إلا الله، ولكن العبد يقدر على أسبابه، وهو المطلوب منه بقوله تعالى: (اهدنا الصراط المستقيم)، وهو المنفي عن الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم- بقوله: (إنك لا تهدي من أحببت). ابن تيمية: 5/87.
