وَمِنۡ
ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ
أَن
تَقُومَ
ٱلسَّمَآءُ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ
بِأَمۡرِهِۦۚ
ثُمَّ
إِذَا
دَعَاكُمۡ
دَعۡوَةٗ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
إِذَآ
أَنتُمۡ
تَخۡرُجُونَ
٢٥
Biri no mu vyemezo vyerekana ko Imana Allah Ishoboye, kuba ijuru hamwe n’isi bibungabunzwe kw’itegeko ryayo1, hanyuma niyabahamagara ku musi w’izuka, ubwo nyene mwese muzovunduruka muzuka muva mu kuzimu.

وَمِنْ ءَايَتِهِ
(And among His signs) which speak of His greatness,
يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفاً وَطَمَعاً
(He shows you the lightning, for fear and for hope,) Sometimes you fear the heavy rain and destructive thunderbolts that follow it, and sometimes you feel hope, when you see a flash of lightning,
