An-Núr 24:54 قل اطيعوا الله واطيعوا الرسول فان تولوا فانما عليه ما حمل وعليكم ما حملتم وان تطيعوه تهتدوا وما على الرسول الا البلاغ المبين ٥٤
قُلۡ
أَطِيعُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
وَأَطِيعُواْ
ٱلرَّسُولَۖ
فَإِن
تَوَلَّوۡاْ
فَإِنَّمَا
عَلَيۡهِ
مَا
حُمِّلَ
وَعَلَيۡكُم
مَّا
حُمِّلۡتُمۡۖ
وَإِن
تُطِيعُوهُ
تَهۡتَدُواْۚ
وَمَا
عَلَى
ٱلرَّسُولِ
إِلَّا
ٱلۡبَلَٰغُ
ٱلۡمُبِينُ
٥٤
Say, “Obey Allah and obey the Messenger. But if you turn away, then he is only responsible for his duty1 and you are responsible for yours.2 And if you obey him, you will be ˹rightly˺ guided. The Messenger’s duty is only to deliver ˹the message˺ clearly.”

قُل لاَّ تُقْسِمُواْ
(Say: "Swear you not...") meaning, do not swear this oath.
طَاعَةٌ مَّعْرُوفَةٌ
