An-Nisa' 4:168 ان الذين كفروا وظلموا لم يكن الله ليغفر لهم ولا ليهديهم طريقا ١٦٨
إِنَّ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
وَظَلَمُواْ
لَمۡ
يَكُنِ
ٱللَّهُ
لِيَغۡفِرَ
لَهُمۡ
وَلَا
لِيَهۡدِيَهُمۡ
طَرِيقًا
١٦٨
Albatta, kufr keltirganlar va zulm qilganlarni Alloh zinhor mag`firat qilmas va yo`lga hidoyat ham qilmas.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِنَّآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ
(Verily, We have inspired you...) emphasized the Prophet's prophethood and refuted the idolators and People of the Scripture who denied him. Allah said,
لَّـكِنِ اللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكَ
(But Allah bears witness to that which He has sent down unto you,) meanin
