وَٱلَّٰتِي
يَأۡتِينَ
ٱلۡفَٰحِشَةَ
مِن
نِّسَآئِكُمۡ
فَٱسۡتَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِنَّ
أَرۡبَعَةٗ
مِّنكُمۡۖ
فَإِن
شَهِدُواْ
فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ
فِي
ٱلۡبُيُوتِ
حَتَّىٰ
يَتَوَفَّىٰهُنَّ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
أَوۡ
يَجۡعَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَهُنَّ
سَبِيلٗا
١٥
Împotriva acelora dintre femei care comit acte imorale [relații sexuale nepermise] - aduceți patru [martori] dintre voi. Iar dacă mărturisesc1, atunci țineți-le închise în case până când mor2 sau până când Allah va porunci pentru ele altă cale3.

The Adulteress is Confined in her House; A Command Later Abrogated
At the begining of Islam, the ruling was that if a woman commits adultery as stipulated by sufficient proof, she was confined to her home, without leave, until she died. Allah said,
وَاللَتِى يَأْتِينَ الْفَحِشَةَ
يعني الزنا
مِن نِّسَآئِ
